Bengaluru FC Soccer Schools began in 2014 through the spirit of the historic I-League winning team. Since then we have created, delivered and evolved a full range of football programs to over 5,000 boys and girls of all ages and abilities from across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Dehradun.
Whether working with coaches or players from the grassroots, club partners, customers or staff and clients, our aim is consistent – it is to inspire all participants to enjoy learning, playing and coaching football through the Bengaluru FC story, youth culture and philosophy.

BFC- The Club
Bengaluru Football Club was formed by the JSW Group in 2013. Their main mission was to help put India on the world football radar. The club’s aim is not only to form a competitive football team but also to foster a footballing culture in the city, Karnataka and beyond. BFC Soccer Schools is an extension of that mission and since 2014, the club has given impetus to create, improve and establish structured programs for grassroots development.

Our philosophy is also embodied in our tagline “Grow with the Game”, which reflects our commitment to nurturing both the skill and spirit of every player and coach involved in the game. By integrating expert coaching, innovative training methods and a passion for sport, we ensure that every child can grow with the game, achieving their fullest potential and enjoying this beautiful journey every step of the way.
Bengaluru FC also believes in the unique philosophy that the development of coaches is the key to youth development. All coaches are encouraged to get certified in different levels of AFC licenses to grow as professionals. The BFC Coach Education Program prepares them to attain the licenses without much difficulty and prepares them to nurture children of all age groups both for the game of football and life!

Community Outreach
BFC Soccer Schools is dedicated to advancing the sport of football across India through its comprehensive community outreach programs. By engaging with diverse communities, BFC Soccer Schools provides accessible football training and resources to young athletes from all backgrounds. The following are the outreach programs that were undertaken:
- Donations to Underprivileged Kids: Football equipment and resources donated to children from the marginalised communities
- Scholarships for Underprivileged Kids: 7 scholarships provided to talented children for every goal scored by BFC in the 2023-24 Super Cup
- Partnership with ‘Going to School’ NGO: NGO collaboration to provide football coaching to girls in government schools in Bangalore
- Christmas Collection Drive: Old clothes, books, school bags, football gear/equipment, stationery and other items were collected from BFC Soccer Schools students and parents for children in need during Christmas of 2023
