Divij joined The Sports School in 2021 and locked in his place as a reliable centre back for the U15 side. Within two years, he progressed to the U19 side before making the leap into the BFC Reserves in 2024, where he played in the KSFA Super Division and the Reliance Foundation Development League (RFDL). In May 2025, he was selected to play for the U20 National Football Championship, where he turned out for Karnataka and helped his side qualify for the quarterfinals. In September, he made the switch to Europe as he earned a transfer to NK Brinje Grosuplje in the Slovenian second-tier.

Having joined BFC Soccer Schools in 2018 at the age of six, Jordan has steadily progressed through the pathway and now represents the BFC Academy U14 side. A versatile forward who also contributes in defense, he has already made a mark on the national stage.
In 2024, Jordan was a standout performer at the Sub-Junior National Football Championship, helping Karnataka win the title in Bengaluru and earning the award for Best Player of the Tournament.

He joined our partner programme at The Sports School in 2023 and played in their U17 team as a full back. After impressing at the school level, he progressed into BFC U18 Academy the following year and was called up to the BFC Reserves for that season where he featured in the KSFA Super Division and the Reliance Foundation Development League (RFDL). In 2025, he won the U20 SAFF Championship with India.

Vinith Venkatesh, a highly skilled player from Austin Town, was scouted by our team at the age of 8. Renowned for his exceptional technical abilities and impressive heading skills, Vinith has been instrumental in scoring numerous goals for BFC. A defining moment in his career came during the U-13 I-League final round, where he helped the team reach the finals in Goa for the 2018-19 season. 

Vinith has consistently been a key player across the U-13, U-15, and U-17 BFC Academy teams. Last year, he was honored as ‘Player of the Year’ for the BFC B Team. We are incredibly proud to have contributed to his development and are excited to see a local talent like Vinith progress to the first team of Bengaluru FC. His journey is a powerful testament to the success of our youth development pathway. 

Rheanna joined BFC Soccer Schools as a beginner in May 2019. Within just two months, she was selected for the U10 Elite squad, and by 2021, she advanced to the BFC Girls Academy. Her journey has been marked by significant achievements, including being named Best Player in the Sub Junior Nationals (Tier 2) in 2023, Best Defender in the Junior Nationals (Tier 2), and Best Player for the U15 BFC Girls Academy team in both 2023 and 2024. Today, Rheanna represents India at the U16 level, plays for the Karnataka Juniors state team, and is a standout in the BFC Girls team in the Karnataka Women’s League (KWL). BFC Soccer Schools is so proud to have nurtured her into the dexterous footballer she is today!  

Janani joined BFC Soccer Schools in 2020 and quickly advanced through the ranks, moving from the Soccer Schools to the Elite squad, and eventually securing a spot in the BFC Academy. Her dedication and versatility on the field have led to significant accomplishments, including winning the Khelo India and A Division tournament, as well as being a runner-up in the National Championship 2024-25. Janani plays for the BFC Academy and represented the Karnataka Junior Football Team (Tier 2) in 2023 and 2024. 

Sila Adarsh joined BFC Soccer Schools in 2017-18 and quickly advanced through the ranks, eventually joining the boys’ elite and academy teams before moving to the girls’ academy team post-COVID. She has won numerous inter-school tournaments, including the Extra Marks Youth League at Arsenal Stadium in London (2023), and was part of the winning teams in the Khelo India Football tournament and A Division in 2023. Sila’s growth as a player has been marked by improved skills, tactical understanding, and physical strength. She currently plays for the BFC Women’s team in the Karnataka Women’s League (KWL) and the Karnataka State U-16 Junior Girls Team. 

Mano and Veda, twin players who joined our Soccer Schools at the age of 7, have consistently showcased remarkable technical skills, especially in their first touch. Known for their tenacity and fighting spirit, they bring passion to every game, often showing their deep emotional connection to the sport by shedding tears after tough matches or challenging training sessions. Their advancement to our residential program in Bellary is a testament to the success of our development pathway and serves as a source of inspiration for grassroots players. Their positive attitude, combined with their playful and spirited nature, makes them a joy to coach and watch grow. 

Saarang began his football journey with the BFC Soccer School at the U8 level in 2015. Over the years, he progressed steadily through the ranks, playing for the U8 to U14 teams before moving on to the BFC Youth Blue Elite (YBE) U15 and U17 teams. His dedication and talent have been recognized with titles such as DPDL Top Scorer and Player of the Season for both the U15 (2022-23) and U17 (2023-24) squads. Known for his discipline and adaptability, Saarang has successfully transitioned into the center-forward role, showcasing his ability to perform at higher levels. He currently plays for the BFC B Team and the BFC Academy U17. 

Swastik joined the BFC Youth Blue Elite (YBE) U17 team in 2023 and quickly made an impact with his exceptional skills. His pathway has seen him rise through the ranks to the BFC B Team and the BFC Academy U17. Swastik’s talent has been recognized with awards such as DPDL Top Scorer and Player of the Season for both the U15 (2022-23) and U17 (2023-24) teams. He is particularly noted for his excellent ball retention and ability to play out of pressure situations, making him a valuable asset to his teams. Currently, Swastik plays for the BFC B Team and the BFC Academy U17

Shivansh Raina joined the BFC Youth Blue Elite (YBE) U15 team in 2021 and has since progressed to the BFC B Team and the BFC Academy U17. Over the years, he has established himself as a highly effective wing-back, known for his exceptional endurance, defensive prowess in 1v1 situations, and strong technical skills. Shivansh’s talent has earned him several accolades, including being the top scorer in the 2019 DPDL, winning the Best Player Award in inter-school competitions, and securing victory at the Adidas Uprising in 2018. Currently, he plays for both the BFC B Team and the BFC Academy U17. 

Ishaan’s swift ascent through the ranks highlights his exceptional talent and unwavering dedication. Beginning with the U15 Elite Team, he quickly advanced to the BFC Residential squad at Bellary within a year, demonstrating impressive growth and potential. 

Ishaan stands out for his remarkable versatility, seamlessly adapting to various positions on the field, which makes him an invaluable asset to any team. Technically gifted, he excels in ball control, headers and making strategic runs past opponents. His well-rounded skillset and adaptability set him apart as a standout player.  

Dhruv Shyam is a model of discipline, hard work, and dedication. His unwavering commitment is reflected in his perfect attendance at every training session, underscoring his dedication to personal growth. Joining the BFC Day Boarding Academy as a midfielder for the 2023-24 season, Dhruv quickly made a notable impact. His outstanding performance throughout the year earned him the esteemed “Player of the Season” award, recognizing his exceptional contributions on the field. We are proud to see him grow through his dedication, coaches’ guidance and imbibing the best in the perfect learning environment at BFC! 

Dhanya H Desai, a talented goalkeeper from Pune, is renowned for his exceptional shot-stopping skills. His dedication to football is exemplified by his move to Bengaluru, where he lived independently for an extended period to pursue his passion. His sacrifice and unwavering commitment played a crucial role in his team’s triumph in the KSFA Youth Premier League (YPL) during the 2023-24 season. This year, Dhaanya has earned a spot in the BFC Residential Academy, highlighting his remarkable skills and determination. His family’s passionate support for his football journey further fuels his success. 

Aarav Gharat was the first participant in our Soccer Schools program, joining at 8. An energetic and multi-talented individual, Aarav excels not only in football but also in squash and drumming. His exceptional dedication and skill paved the way for him to become the first player from BFC Soccer Schools to be selected for the BFC Residential Academy in Bellary.  

Manav Gowda dedicated two years to the BFC Soccer Schools and then moved on to the Day Boarding Academy. He has now evolved into a formidable and aggressive defender renowned for his fearless approach in challenging times. After graduating to the BFC Residential U-15 team, he has now progressed to the U-17 squad. Manav’s deep passion for football was sparked by watching his grandfather compete in local tournaments, including the prestigious Independence Day tournament at East Ground in Bengaluru. We are so happy to give impetus to our local talent!  

Shreyas Patil was discovered at 10 during the BFS Inter School Tournament, where he emerged as the top scorer. Known for his commitment and work ethic, Shreyash has demonstrated remarkable versatility, seamlessly transitioning from a striker to playing confidently as a right-back and center-back, with a notable strength in handling aerial balls. After excelling in our U-11 Day Boarding Academy, he earned his place in the BFC Residential Academy, where he can hone his skills in the most supportive environment and progress in the BFC player pathway. 

Vishruth Venkat’s football journey began with BFC Soccer Schools summer camps and advanced to the Elite U13 and U15 teams. Initially thriving as a left winger in the U13 elite team, Vishruth’s transition to central midfield (CM) showcased his exceptional skills. His growth has been particularly notable in areas of ball control in tight spaces, mental resilience and toughness and work rate. This evolution underscores Vishruth’s versatility and promising potential for continued development in the BFC Academy! 

Nithin Badri was an 8-year-old boy when he first stepped foot at BFC Soccer Schools. He advanced to the Day Boarding Academy and progressed to the U13 and U15 Elite Teams before joining the BFC Residential squad. As a right full-back, Nithin has shown remarkable development. His strengths include dynamic attacking flair, provider of crucial support to the winger, steadfast determination and resilience reflecting his potential and unwavering dedication year after year.  

Vedant Roy joined BFC as a U15 player in 2022 and has since advanced through the ranks, moving from the U15 team to the BFC Young Blues Elite (YBE) U15 and then to the YBE U17 team. His development as a player is marked by his exceptional tactical intelligence and versatility, allowing him to adapt to various roles and take on significant responsibilities for the team. Technically well-equipped, Vedant has earned notable accolades, including Best Midfielder in the MDFA 2010-2011 and DPDL Player of the Year for the 2022-2023 season. He currently plays for the BFC Young Blues Elite U17.
