Avinash is the Head Coach of our U15 Elite & U11 Academy teams, brings a wealth of experience as both a player and coach. He represented the Mysore District Team, played for the U16 Karnataka State Team, and competed in the Super Division for SAI before an injury ended his playing career. Transitioning to coaching in 2017 with PSG, he later joined Barca Academy BLR and represented Asia Pacific at the Barca Academy World Cup. Avinash joined Bengaluru FC in 2022 as the U13 Elite Coach and the Assistant Coach for the U13 Youth I-League team, winning U9 Coach of the Year (2019) and U11 Coach of the Year (2023). His coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, mental toughness, confidence and a hunger to learn, focusing on holistic player development. For him, success means shaping well-rounded individuals on and off the pitch.
