In 2014, he played a pivotal role in launching BFC Soccer Schools, setting up the first center at Playmania, Bellandur. As First Team Manager, he gained valuable experience across countries like North Korea, Tajikistan, and the Maldives. After his nine-year stint with the first team, Rosewall returned last season to lead BFC Soccer Schools full-time, focusing on grassroots development and creating a sustainable model that supports both youth talent and revenue generation. Driven by a vision to revolutionize Indian football, his work with top players and international coaches makes him vital to BFC’s future in youth football.
